The Proett Conference Center offers hotel style accommodations and meeting rooms for retreats, conferences, seminars, meetings, family reunions, family camps and other events. The entire center has heat and air conditioning for year round comfort. Wireless Internet access allows guests to send and receive emails, give live demonstrations or access program resources. The Conference Center has 20 bedrooms for up to 60 guests. 10 rooms contain three twin beds and private bath facilities with shower/tub. Eight rooms contain a queen bed and a full bed with private bath facilities with shower/tub. Two handicapped accessible rooms have a queen bed and twin bed with accessible private bath and shower. Each room has dressers, desk and chair, reading lamps, comfortable lounge chairs, closets and balcony overlooking wooded hillsides and the Platte River. Linens, blankets and towels are provided.
The meeting rooms can accommodate groups as large as 300 in auditorium style seating. The Proett Conference Center has a full kitchen on the lower level where Calvin Crest can provide snacks, coffee and beverages. Groups can also choose to prepare their own meals in this kitchen for an additional fee. Public restrooms for men and women are provided on the lower level. The carpeted facility features a variety of meeting rooms or spaces.
Meeting Spaces
Nelson Room–North/South The group leader may choose how to have the room arranged. Meeting room styles include auditorium style or classroom style. It has a piano, podium, lecterns, white boards or easels, built in speaker/microphone system, TV/DVD. It can be divided into a North meeting room and South meeting room. Sliding glass doors provide access to the grounds and views of the scenic setting. Capacity 200+.
Jones Room A conference style meeting room that can be configured with chairs or tables and chairs. It features all of the same meeting amenities as the Nelson Room. Capacity 15-20.
The Dundee Lounge is a large, comfortable common area with couches, stuffed chairs, recliners, fireplace and coffee/tea service.
Calvin Room An ideal conference room for small groups. It features all of the same meeting amenities as the other rooms including beverage service in the room. Capacity 10-15.
