Huxtable Dining Hall

The Huxtable Dining Hall features three dining hall sections.  The three sections, Window, Center and West Dining Halls, can accomodate up to 300 people for meals at round tables.  Each dining hall is heated and air-conditioned. 

Meals are normally served cafeteria style. We serve delicious, home cooked meals. We can help you choose your menu or choose a menu for you that is appropriate for your group. We can accommodate special dietary needs or requests. Make sure you try our cinnamon rolls or 'monkey bread', a cross between cinnamon rolls and carmel rolls, for which we are famous. We can provide food service for groups of 300 or serve several groups simultaneously by sharing the available space. Breakfast is served at 8:00am, lunch at 12:00pm and dinner at 6:00pm except Fridays when it is served at 6:30pm. On occasion we can accommodate changes to the meal schedule.
