We have a variety of facilities to fit all budgets including the motel-style Proett Conference Center, Eppley Lodge, Winterized Cabins, summer A-Frames, covered wagons, bunk houses and plenty of space for tents.

After checking with the office for availability of the facilities and services your desire, we will send out a contract. Your groups space is reserved with a signed contract and a deposit as outlined in the contract. About 45 days prior to your event, the group leader will receive a 30-day confirmation, which gives you an opportunity to make final adjustments to help us better serve you.
